Gethin Aldous is a dreamer, a writer, a film and video game maker. He believes in the power of story to transform lives and practices that belief whenever he can. He was a performance director at Rockstar Games for 12 years, working on GTAV and RDR2. He was co-director and executive producer of The Work documentary, winning a UK Grierson Award for Best International Doc and Best Cinema Doc. He has a $50 a week dance class addiction.
Irina lives for working out level and narrative design systems. She has over 8 years of professional and academic background in culture and languages, is in love with folklore studies and avid TTRPG player. She is proud of being one of the few people who can get a back injury playing Zelda.
Carlos is a coding master, with 25 years of indie game development under his belt. He Founded the Academy of Digital Arts in Chile. He reigns supreme over the code and prefers black and white photos of himself...deal with it.
Thomas is a filmmaking and cinematics wiz, a videogame nut, and a blueprint tinkerer. He has 10 years of experience in VFX industry focusing on storytelling and technical innovation through Unreal Engine, and prides himself on doing anything that anyone thinks he can't do.
Marcus has over 10 years of professional experience in the game industry, ranging from journalism, media, marketing, development and production. He has no idea how to take it easy and not push himself too hard, but is hoping to learn soon.
Teja Rose is a writer and filmmaker. Her work often falls within the genres of horror and psychological drama, with a focus on women’s perspectives. She is inspired and empowered by what scares her (puppets, spiders, change, Tinder, dying, etc.).
Rui was a pro gamer, till he realized it was hard to make a living, a therapist until he realized he couldn't stay away from games, and now a blueprint wiz. If it can be done with a blueprint, he will find a way. He is also in a biker gang and spends his spare time helping the poor...you know, that kind of biker gang.
Originally hired to do "a little mastering" Diego quicky made himself invaluable. He is an audio masterer, and ingame audio designer. He also became a master of Articy our audio branching system and worked tirelessly with coders to iron and the bugs in the system and give us a rock solid experience. For fun he takes captures of popular games and completely redesigns the audio...for fun!
Aaron believed he was going to die in prison. After serving 22 years of a life sentence, he has found peace and fulfillment in realizing that he can help others find their own peace and hopefully, pay it forward as he does. He is hell bent on telling the story of how his life changed and giving a voice to the men who helped him change it.
